Depending on the lifecycle stage of your project, the following cancellation terms apply:
Stage 1: Pre-Kickoff Cancellation (Within 24–48 Hours)
If you decide to cancel your project within twenty-four to forty-eight (24–48) hours of paying the initial advance deposit, and our engineering team has not yet commenced discovery sessions, wireframing, or server provisioning, you are entitled to a 100% Refund minus non-recoverable payment gateway merchant processing charges (typically 2% to 3%).
Stage 2: Mid-Project Cancellation (During Active Sprints)
If a project is halted mid-stream by the Client:
- Completed & Approved Milestones: Non-refundable. All source code, design systems, and database artifacts generated for settled milestones are handed over to the Client immediately.
- Current In-Progress Milestone: Calculated on a pro-rata basis based on verifiable sprint hours logged and completed deliverables.
- Uncommenced Future Milestones: Any advance retainers deposited for future phases that have not commenced will be 100% Refunded or credited to the Client's balance.
Stage 3: Post-Launch & Final Sign-Off
Once a project undergoes final User Acceptance Testing (UAT), is signed off, deployed to production servers or app stores, and repository access is transferred, milestone fees are Non-Refundable. Any post-launch functional bugs are resolved free of charge under our 30-Day Warranty.
